Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: October 8, 2025
We want you to love your order. Because our products are time-sensitive and often customized, our refund and return terms are as follows.
Eligibility
- Refunds/returns are considered case-by-case for balloon and décor orders due to their perishable and event-based nature.
- Items must be in the same condition as received and within the timeframes below.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable
- Custom or personalized items (including custom text, numbers, names, or made-to-order designs) are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
- “Change of mind” after production has begun or after pickup/delivery is not eligible.
Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
- Deposits/retainers, if any, may be non-refundable once materials are purchased or production has started.
Damaged or Defective on Arrival
- Please report issues within 2 hours of pickup or delivery.
- Include clear photos and your order number so we can review.
- After verification, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
Refund Method & Timing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Please allow 7–10 business days (processing times vary by bank/payment provider).
- Delivery/shipping fees and third-party processing fees are generally non-refundable.
Store Credit
- When applicable, we can issue a store credit instead of a refund.
- Store credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date.
