Shipping and Delivery Policy

Effective Date: October 27, 2025

1. Delivery Area & Coverage

Twister Balloons delivers to addresses within the NYC and NJ coverage area: Essex, Hudson, Bergen, and Passaic counties, or within a 20-mile radius of our workshop in Edgewater, NJ. If your address is outside our coverage, additional fees may apply.

2. Delivery Fees & Minimums

• Flat delivery fee: $30 within our standard zone in NJ.
• New York Metropolitan Area: $40.
• For farther distances or high-traffic times, additional fees may apply.

3. Delivery Time Windows

• Standard delivery hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily.
• Same-day delivery available if the order is placed by 4:00 PM (restrictions may apply).
• After-hours or late-night deliveries may incur an extra surcharge.

4. Pickup Option

You may choose to pick up your order by appointment at 154 Undercliff Ave, Edgewater, NJ. Pickup is free and must be coordinated in advance.

5. Delays & Failures

While we aim to deliver punctually, delays due to weather, traffic, or other events may occur. We will notify you if there’s a problem. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or recipient absence, we may reschedule for a fee or treat the order as delivered.

6. Handling & Care

• Balloons may deflate, shift, or be damaged during transit; we take precautions but cannot guarantee appearance after delivery.
• For indoor setups, we recommend delivery as close as possible to the event start time.
• We are not liable for damage caused by venue conditions (e.g., heat, extreme cold, ceiling fans, sharp objects).
